Design assist and build 2,473 sqft wood framed office building with a 1,512 sqft shop for chemical storage. Building consists of seven offices, reception area, restrooms, copy room, employee break area, and a conference room. Building exterior finishes include asphalt shingle roof, stucco, fiber cement board & bat siding and horizontal lap siding, and split stone veneer.
