Assisting Hands

Design assist and build 8,400 sqft two-story wood framed commercial office building. First floor consists of large reception area with a vaulted ceiling, 13 offices, two conference rooms, employee break area, copy room, restrooms, and storage closets. Additional future tenant space at North end consisting of three offices, and a restroom. Second floor consists of open flex space with access to a patio on the West side, kitchenette, two offices, restroom, storage, and battery storage. Building exterior finishes include asphalt shingle roof, stucco, fiber cement board & bat siding and horizontal lap siding, stone veneer, and metal awnings.
