Balmshot Building

Design and construct a 6,600 sf two tenant office building with warehouse. Construction is slab on grade with wood framing, and structural steel support columns, with exterior finishes of Hardie board siding, stucco, stone veneer, metal awnings, asphalt shingles and single ply TPO roofing. Balmshot office suite consists of private office, break room, restroom, packaging area, and product assembly area. Tenant suite consists of two private offices, break room and restroom. Both suites have access to separate warehouse spaces. Site work includes new site utilities, concrete, asphalt paving, pervious pavers and landscaping.
