Design assist and construct a 32,534 SF pre-engineered metal building with slab on grade concrete, metal stud framing all required bldg. systems and including a 2,938 SF storage mezzanine area. Bldg consists of retail & sales area with office spaces, parts storage, 12 bay service area, with detail/wash bay. Site consists of 12+ acres of asphalt paving, security fencing, retention ponds, display area, landscaping, gravel storage area, and utility & road extensions.
