Design assist and construct 4,620 sf office building for two tenants. Entry lobby, reception area, offices, conference room, break areas and common bathrooms. Construction is slab on grade, wood framed, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, low voltage, site utilities, site concrete, paving and landscaping with exterior finishes of architectural shingle roof, stucco, stone veneer, shake siding.
