Design coordination and construct a 44,541 SF pre-engineered metal building w/ storage mezzanine and interior finishes for a service area with detail bay and retail sales and office spaces. Site consisted of 11 acres of asphalt paving, security fencing, drainage retention pond, and landscaping.
