Epic Shine Car Wash Site #6

Design assist and construct a 6,831 SF car wash including coordination/installation of owner supplied car wash equipment and control system. Consisting of a 175' CMU and structural steel wash tunnel, wood framed administration and equipment spaces with integrally colored CMU and stucco exterior finish, solar energy integration, and all related site/utility work.
