Marriott AC Hotel/Element

Act as Owner's Representative working closely with GC, Design Team & owner contracted FF&E contractors to carry out large scale hotel construction in Boise with high end interior finishes. First floor consists of common spaces; shared lobby for Marriott AC and Element floors and reception area. The West side of Level 1 caters to Element guests - lobby, lounge, flex meeting room, restrooms, indoor and outdoor dining spaces, as well as future tenant space located in the SW corner of the building. On the East side of Level 1 catering to AC guests are a cafe & lounge, library/ lounge, restrooms, and outdoor seating. Guest parking is located on levels 1-4, Element suites on levels 5-7, AC suites on levels 8-14, with amenities located on Levels 5 and 15. Level 5 amenities include three meeting rooms, fitness room, outdoor seating, prefunction area, and a spa. Level 15 consists of two large banquet rooms, restrooms, prefunction space, boardroom, bar, breakfast area, and roof decks for outdoor seating. Exterior finishes include concrete, CMU, and metal wall panels.
