Caldwell Care Capital Improvements

Design assist and construct improvements on existing operational skilled nursing facility. Main improvements were addition of laundry room, complete refurbishment of 3 common shower/bathrooms, new breakroom, salon and 2 nursing stations. Renovation of corridor & common area to include flooring, painting, wood handrails interior signage, and LED lighting. Exterior improvements included fascia, gutters, exterior painting, siding and asphalt repairs.
