Canyon West Capital Improvements

Design assist and construct improvements on existing operational skilled nursing facility. Interior improvements included replacement of flooring & paint throughout entire bldg., LED lighting upgrades, wood handrails and bumper guards, gypboard finishes and acoustical ceiling repairs, built in reception desk, shower room refurbishment with tile and plumbing, electrical & low voltage modifications. Exterior improvements included facade repairs, exterior painting, curb/gutter and sidewalk repairs, parking lot asphalt repairs, sealcoat & striping of parking lot.
