The Gables Assisted Living Facility Renovation

Design assist and construct renovations on existing 25,000+ SF vacant building. Replaced all flooring, paint, cabinetry and countertops, lighting, fireplace, vinyl siding, asphalt shingle roofing. Refurbished fire sprinkler and alarm systems, commercial kitchen, communication & speaker systems, plumbing system and landscaping. New construction of added spaces to incorporate a memory care unit to include common area, restroom, and office.
