Wellspring Capital Improvements

Design assist and construct improvements on existing operational skilled nursing Facility. Interior improvements included refurbishing 2 nurse stations, common area & corridors to include flooring, paint, wood handrails & bumper guards, cabinetry & countertops, and interior signage. Exterior improvements included asphalt repair, sealcoating & striping of parking lot, roof leak and porte cochere vehicle damage repairs.
